New Artist show included Gretchen Wilson, Josh Turner, Julie Roberts, Josh Gracin, and Big and Rich.
Gretchen sang "Homewrecker", "Politically Uncorrect", "Redneck Woman", "I'm Here for the Party". Josh Turner sang "Long Black Train". Josh wins the award for best smile. Julie Roberts sang "You Ain't Down Home", "Breakdown Here", "Wake Up Older". Josh Gracin sang "I Want to Live", "Stay With Me (Brass Bed)", "Turn it Up" and "Nothin' to Lose". American Idol training came into play as Josh jumped off the stage and started walking through the audience. Big and Rich closed the show.
